As President and Owner of Door Dorks, Jason has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit arena and 5 years in the garage door industry. He has his contractor’s license and bachelor’s degree in business administration. Jason also got to live in South Korea for two years while writing over 100 songs to help children learn English. He loves being able to travel with his wife and two children. Jason believes the best part of his job is being able to provide the best experience to the customers and helping his employees/team grow professionally and personally. His best advice would be to make sure the garage door company you choose is licensed, insured and reputable. He says a great company will always have your best interests at heart.
As our Sales Supervisor, Gina has worked at Door Dorks for over four years with a B.S. in Biology from SDSU. She originally lived in Palm Springs before coming to the North County area. One interesting fact about her is that she used to train dolphins for the military. On the weekends or after work she loves to go hiking with her rescue dog, Harley! Her favorite part about working for Door Dorks is being able to help customers. Gina says the best advice for customers is to get your garage door checked out before it becomes an emergency.
As a service technician, Adam loves being able to connect with customers and being able to figure out the problems of garage doors (like a puzzle). On his weekends or weeknights, he enjoys going to concerts, listening to music and looking at art. He has a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and is a car classic enthusiast. His best advice for customers would be to always keep on your yearly safety checks and tune-ups.
As senior technician, Alfonso has extensive knowledge in the garage door industry. Located in Escondido, he loves going to concerts, trying food from different places and traveling. Fun fact, he is also a certified diamond grader! Alfonso feels proud of the fact that he works at Door Dorks where he gets to help people and give them the best customer service and workmanship.
